To ensure a respectful, productive environment for all participants at MENA Digital Awards and Digital Media Forum events, the following conditions apply to all attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and app users.
1. Code of Conduct
- Respect fellow participants regardless of nationality, gender, or belief
- No harassment, discrimination, or intimidation will be tolerated
- Maintain professionalism in both physical and digital interactions
2. Badging and Access
- All visitors must wear their official badges in physical venues
- Do not share your digital login credentials or QR access passes with others
3. Photography and Media
By attending the event or using the App, you consent to being photographed or recorded for marketing and archival purposes.
4. Safety and Compliance
Follow venue rules, health and safety protocols, and any local government regulations. Event management reserves the right to remove individuals violating these conditions.
